We're located in Country Club Estates, a beautifully wooded residential area
near the public golf course.  Private and secluded, yet only minutes away from all
entertainment, restaurants and shopping.  Amenities include:  air conditioning,
kitchen, dining, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, tea pot,
coffee pot/filters, cookware, all utensils, dishwasher/detergent, linens, towels,
hair dryer, laundry/detergent, iron/board, alarm clocks, trash bags, all paper
products, corkscrew, pencil sharpener.  Cleanliness and quality are assured.
High speed cable Internet access with Ethernet connection cable is provided.

There are large dens with wood burning fireplace, radio, 27" cable TV, DVD/CD,
VCR and telephone.  Our Villas have all paved and easy access.  Our places are
meticulously kept by the owners/operators and we have many repeat guests.  We are
pet friendly and most pets are welcome at a nominal charge (no alligators please).
WINTER TIME

Our ski, snow boarding, snow tubing and snowmobiling for kids areas are open
from November to March and have state of the art snow making equipment.
The skiing and snow boarding areas are high above the Valley at 5000 feet
elevation.  There are 6 sustainable slopes by snow making equipment and 8 other
slopes which are dependent on natural snow.  The snow tubing and snowmobiling
for kids areas are located in the Valley itself at 3000 feet elevation.
We're in the Great Smoky Mountains and we're open all year.
